I wrote my first song at a regional youth festival when I was 16. Today, more than 30 years later, I have many years of stage experience in the Christian and, in recent years, in the secular sector, where I work as a producer & Songwriter has recorded several albums with other artists. I was the owner of the Christian record label “HOPE-MUSIC” for 20 years. The corona pandemic led me back to my songwriting roots to create songs from Lob & Worship to Gospel. Songs about my faith, my experiences, my hope and my confidence. I'm thrilled that the single "Chainbreaker", which I recorded with my wife Silke, is being played by more and more radio stations around the world. My musicalWeg would never have been possible without the first song and my mentor at the time, Henry Bran from El Salvador. As we were both sitting there with our guitars at this youth festival, he said to me, “Stop playing other artists’ songs all the time! You will always be compared to them. You don't have to sound like Micael Jackson, but like Hagen Rösler. Come on, write a song now!" And so I tried and wrote my first song. The lyrics were rough and as if that wasn't enough excitement, the next day he brought me on stage and I had to sing the title in front of 750 people to sing.

Now I'm back-to-the-roots again and I'm writing Christian songs from adoration, praise & worship to gospel. 
Very happy that the single "Chainbreaker", I recorded with my wife Silke, is played by more and more radio stations around the world.

The path behind us would never have been possible without the first song and my mentor Henry Bran from El Salvador  at the time. You don't have to sound like Micael Jackson. Just sound like Hagen and express yourself. Come on write a song right now!" And so I tried and wrote my first song. The lyrics were bumpy and as if that wasn't exciting enough he brought me on stage the next day and I had to sing the title in front of 750 people.
